I was spitting a few tacks when I read this and even more when I watched the disgusting erroneous news item on the morning show channel 7 stating how GHGs are definately behind global warming. The fact that they have no evidence to back this up is galling, it's the same old hottest year on record fallacy, of course the hottest years are going to be at the end of a 300 year NATURAL incline!

Anyway I emailed science and public policy about this rubbish to get his take and got an email back from Lord Monckton!!! (Or someone paid to answer emails on his behalf)

My letter:

My name is Aaron. I'm a firm believer in the fact that significant Anthropogenic Global Warming is a scam. The media has realised that more and more people are waking up to this fact and are now lying to the public's face by claiming that 2010 is the hottest year on record and can only be a result of Greenhouse gases. The usual fallacy is at work with the hottest days at the end of a 300 year incline being hailed as proof of significant AGW

There has also been a coordinated assault involving this new fabrication on Australian current affairs morning shows (The meteorological 'expert' reporting looked extremely nervous and shifty)

I would appreciate a response to this by Lord Monckton and the science and public policy crowd on your website, as the abhorrent mainstream media articles fail to mention that we are well within natural variability, that the climate has been warming steadily for 300 years, well before humans could have had an impact, that the 1980 - 2001 gradient has been replicated many times before massive industrialisation, that the earth has cooled or levelled off since the el nino event in 2001, that GHGs will contribute at most 1 degree over the next 100 years and empirical evidence shows zero to negative feedback, especially as upper tropospheric observations show less water vapour than the models, due to radiative cooling/mass sinking and sub GCM grid cumulonimbic convection creating increased return flow subsidence, leading to more Outgoing Longwave radiation than the GCMs, and thus in reality less warming. They also fail to mention that low level cloud resulting from surface warming will create an albedo effect cooling the earth.
Let's not forget the mediaeval warming period being hotter than today, a fact the corrupt mainstream scientists try to deny (CO2science.org provides comprehensive collation of CO2 studies across the globe).

We must address this latest fabrication, this seeping pustule of festering effluent that passes as the mainstream media should be challenged when making such ludicrous, unscientific statements.

I hope that a firm rebuttal is in the works involving direct refutation of one or more of their facts, and I would greatly appreciate a response on this matter. I applaud the work that Lord Monckton has done combating the evil corruption of science.

Dear Aaron, - Congratulations on your excellent summary of the rationalist case against the climate extremists. I am traveling at present (just back from assisting Sean Hannity's people with an hour-long special on "global warming" to be broadcast on Fox News August 27). But I shall be hoping to look at the latest Met Office drivel shortly: anything by Peter Stott is suspect because he puts the New Religion before science. I came across him in the Gore movie case in the High Court. He was unimpressive then, and little has changed since. - Monckton of Brenchley

I put aside the fact that he denies 911truth and that he associates with Sean Hannity, obviously in keeping with the left right puppet show the NWO plays. I believe that he may just be trying not to lose credibility for his cause and to not lose his right wing support. Either way he continues to fight something we know to be an NWO sham.

It would be soooo good if we could all flood the ABC and SMH with his eventual response when he delivers it, perhaps even distribute flyers with information about their deception or 'misinformation' outside the building, providing there are definate scientific facts cited by monckton that show Stott's / SMH's/ the ABC's claims to be false.

I believe there will be, as their claims about GHGs definately being THE cause of Global Warming have overstepped the boundaries of science. They're asking for it!

PS Bob Carter would be another one to try and get scientific rebuttal from.
